By using the T & T MEXICO website you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use this site.
T & T MEXICO may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
It is up to the user to regularly review the terms and conditions in case there are any changes.

  1. The client compromise to respect the confirmed itinerary and time schedule of pick up and drop off. If not T & T MEXICO have to charge an additional fee.
  2. If passenger interrupts his journey in a different place or time as arranged, he won’t have the right to require reimbursement. Furthermore, T & T MEXICO possibly may charge an extra cost.
  3. T & T MEXICO is not responsible for any delay of late departure or arrival due to any technical failure, the unfavorable condition of time, hindrance of ways, official inspections and other situation of force majeure.
  4. Any damage of the vehicular caused by carelessness or fault of the passenger will be charged in full to the contractor.
  5. T & T MEXICO is not responsible for forgotten property in the vehicles.

Payment Policy

The final payment has to be realized 5 days before the date and time of confirmed service.
On all accounts not paid over 60 days, the client agrees to pay the costs associated with bill collection including attorney’s fees and collection agency fees.
In case that payment is not received within the established time limits, services will be again on request.
T & T MEXICO reserves the right to subcontract vehicles or equipment if necessary.

Chances & Cancellations


In case of booking, the client accepts responsibility for the services purchased.
Service, destination address, itinerary and time are listed in the confirmation voucher.
If you wish to change or chancel these or other details, you have to send a fax or an E-Mail to the reservation department of T & T MEXICO at least 48 hours prior to the date and hour of travel.
You have to receive a confirmation of receipt by T & T MEXICO.
In case of cancellation or changes the contractor is responsible for possible extra charges:

– Executive service (Sedan Ejecutivo, Private Van, S.U.V. y Minibus
There will be no charge if the reservation is canceled/changed more than 46 hours prior to the scheduled date and spot time.
100% charge of total if service is canceled/changed in a period less than 48

– Shared service & rest of services (Motorcoach, SIB, Tours)
There will be no charge if the reservation is canceled/changed more than 46
hours prior to the scheduled date and spot time.
100% charge of total if service is canceled/changed in a period less than 48
hours.

– Logistic and staff policy
  There will be no charge if the reservation is canceled/changed more than 48
hours prior to the scheduled spot time.
T & T MEXICO will charge the cost of 5 hours/person in case that the service will
be canceled 48 hours or less prior to the scheduled date and spot time.

Price Policy

T & T MEXICO reserves the right to modify prices of his products and services at any time without previous notice.
